TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The Kratki steel firebox range pairs sleek and contemporary design with the most modern technology in fireplace combustion. Each unit boasts a sizeable glass window that provides a beautiful view of the flames once lit. For improved safety and performance, as well as an increased lifespan, the heat-resistant glass that Kratki uses is of the highest quality. The air-wash glass cleaning system greatly reduces the soot deposits on the fireplace glass.

Kratki’s manufactures it’s built-in steel range with thick, high-quality steel therefor they can last Poland’s harshest winters.

Kratki lines the burn chamber with their signature ceramics. These thick, heat-intensifying ceramics offer the best thermal properties available.

Heat-intensifying ceramics

Ceramics have the best thermal properties when it comes to the choice of materials available for lining the internal burn chamber of steel fireplaces.

Ceramics have a far better lifespan and more heating potential than other inferior materials, such as vermiculite or fire bricks. For these reasons, Kratki has chosen to use ceramics inside their steel fireplace range.

Their signature ceramics are designed to reflect intense heat through the glass into the room. This is well-suited to South African homes where we look for the convenience of instant heating.

This closed-combustion fireplace is an excellent heating solution for anyone looking for a high-performance, modern, built-in unit.

The range provides primary and secondary combustion. By utilising both natural convection and radiant heating technology, these units offer a cleaner burn and the maximum heat output. Most units in this range also come with tertiary combustion. The Steel fireplace is as efficient, closed-combustion fireplace. Most of the heat generated by the burning wood is released more effectively into the room for your comfort.

All Kratki’s wood-burning fireplaces come with a 10-year warranty. Kratki designed your fireplace with strength and durability.

When cleaning your Kratki – Bjorn Freestanding Fireplace glass we recommend you use the Kratki glass cleaning spray.
