Gozney Arc Gas Pizza Oven
The Gozney Arc is a compact outdoor gas pizza oven designed for high-temperature cooking at home. It combines a compact footprint with a generous cooking area for pizzas up to 14 inches.
Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Arc is designed for high-temperature pizza cooking. Its lateral gas burner creates a rolling flame across the oven, while two-layer insulation helps retain heat during cooking.
Compact Design, Generous Cooking Area
The Gozney Arc is designed to provide a substantial cooking area within a compact outdoor pizza oven.
Its internal cooking area measures 377 mm wide by 462 mm deep, with space for pizzas up to 14 inches. The compact design makes the Arc suitable for outdoor cooking areas where space is limited.
Lateral Gas Flame
The Arc features a lateral gas burner that creates a rolling flame across the cooking area. The flame can be monitored and adjusted using the oven’s controls.
The gas burner provides convenient temperature control without the preparation required by a wood-fired oven.
High-Temperature Pizza Cooking
The Arc can reach temperatures of up to 500°C. Its two-layer insulation is designed to help retain heat, while the 20 mm removable cordierite stone provides the cooking surface.
The stone can be removed when required, making cleaning and maintenance easier.
Precision Temperature Control
The Arc features a visible flame and temperature gauge, allowing you to monitor the oven temperature while cooking.
The temperature can be adjusted using the gas controls, giving you greater control over the cooking environment for different pizza styles and other dishes.
Designed for Outdoor Cooking
The Gozney Arc is designed for outdoor use and is not suitable for indoor cooking.
