Gozney Arc XL Gas Pizza Oven
The Gozney Arc XL off black is a premium outdoor gas pizza oven designed for high-temperature cooking at home. Its compact design provides a generous cooking area for pizzas up to 16 inches, while the lateral gas burner creates a rolling flame across the oven.
Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C, the Arc XL provides the high heat needed for cooking pizza quickly. Its removable 20 mm cordierite stone cooking floor and two-layer insulation help the oven reach temperature and retain heat during cooking.
Large Cooking Area in a Compact Design
The Arc XL is designed to maximise cooking space without requiring the footprint of a traditional large pizza oven. Its internal cooking area measures 427 mm wide by 517 mm deep, providing space for pizzas up to 16 inches.
The burner is positioned to create a lateral rolling flame across the cooking surface. This helps distribute heat around the oven while allowing the flame to be easily monitored and adjusted.
High-Temperature Gas Cooking
The Gozney Arc XL can reach temperatures of up to 500°C. Its two-layer insulation and thick stone cooking floor are designed to retain heat, helping maintain consistent cooking temperatures between pizzas.
